- Produce high-quality business analysis documentation, including process maps, business cases, options appraisals and requirements specifications.
- Support the design and implementation of new processes, digital solutions and service improvements.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable benefits.
- Contribute to benefits realisation and continuous improvement across the Modernisation Programme.

About You
You will be an experienced Business Analyst with excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

You will enjoy working with people to understand complex business challenges and translating these into practical, achievable solutions. You will be confident facilitating discussions, challenging constructively and building strong relationships across a diverse organisation.

You will also bring:
 - Experience delivering business analysis within complex programmes or projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
