We are looking for Organisational Development Leads to help drive culture change, leadership development, workforce modernisation and organisational effectiveness across the Council.
Working within the People & Culture Directorate, you will partner with leaders and managers to deliver innovative organisational development initiatives focused on leadership and talent development, workforce planning, organisational design, employee engagement, coaching and mentoring, and equality, diversity and inclusion.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering our People Strategy, building a high-performing and inclusive workforce, and helping shape the future of one of London's most diverse boroughs.
