Introduction

Are you passionate about designing and delivering preventative services for children, young people and families? Do you have experience in leading a team and developing services to prevent an escalation of need? Are you solution focused and collaborative in your approach?

What’s the role?

To manage and co-ordinate the work of the Family Hubs across Lewisham to ensure the provision of a high quality and effective service to children, young people, and families through multi-agency teams of professionals working together to support families

What we’re looking for

You will have experience in leading a team in a range of frontline services for children, young people and families. You will have a passion for preventative services to reduce escalation into specialist services. You will be keen on reducing inequalities and ensuring that services are accessible to seldom heard groups. You will put co-production and families' needs at the heart of decision making.

Location

The job is primarily based across Lewisham Family Hubs and Network Sites.

Special conditions

• Weekend working is required for this job
• The job is subject to an enhanced DBS check

Salary

£53,994 - £56,154 per annum (PO4)

N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
