About The Role
- Bexley Adult Social Care is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Social Care Assistant to become part of its Preparing for Adulthood Team. The team is dedicated to helping young people navigate the transition to adulthood by working collaboratively with them, their families, carers, and other professionals. This role requires someone who can inspire and empower young people, helping them explore their aspirations, identify opportunities, and develop realistic plans to achieve their goals, while promoting independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
