Specialist Intervention Teacher - Term Time Only (39 weeks)
Soulbury 3 – 6 : £49,970 - £54,294 (up to 3 additional SPA available)

This is a rare opportunity for you to join an innovative, multi-disciplinary, specialist SEMH support team. As an empathic, attuned and caring professional you will be directly applying trauma-informed understandings and practices to support Enfield primary-aged pupils, and primary school staff seeking to successfully include children experiencing social, emotional and mental health challenges.
You will be a physically, psychologically and emotionally robust individual committed to team-working and to actively supporting pupils whose dysregulated behaviour can at times be aggressive, demanding and personally affecting. You will be a highly organised, resourceful and open-minded person ready to uphold Enfield Council’s key behaviours of – Taking responsibility, Being open and honest, Ready to listen and learn, Committed to working together to find solutions.

You will receive a thorough induction programme and ongoing training.
