Put a £150m property portfolio to work for the borough.
You will develop our strategic asset review, embed a Corporate Landlord Model and lead acquisitions, disposals and commercially sensitive negotiations.
You'll also provide the valuations that underpin our new Housing Revenue Account business plan.
