Redbridge Safeguarding Adults Board Independent Chair

The Redbridge Safeguarding Adults Board (RSAB) is recruiting to the role of Independent Chair to commence in March 2027.

The appointee will provide independent leadership, scrutiny and assurance through their chairing role to ensure a robust multi-agency response to safeguarding adults at risk at both a strategic and operational level across the system.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge, skills, and expertise at a leadership level in safeguarding adults and on our improvement journey and have demonstrable experience of providing rigorous support and challenge to safeguarding partners at a senior level.

We are particularly looking for someone to join us at this existing time of reform who is passionate about improving the safeguarding system and increasing the impact of the voice of the adult in all we do.

The full role profile is attached. The position is for three days per month at £600 per day and is for an initial period of three years.
